About Living with MS
Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a disease of the central nervous system. It affects twice as many women as men, who are usually diagnosed between the ages of 20 and 40.
Its many and varied symptoms may include problems of vision, mobility, speech, memory, extreme tiredness, bladder and bowel control and pins and needles. No two people are affected in the same way. It is known as the Mystery Disease because there is no known cause and no known cure.
'Speaking From Experience' offers first hand accounts from people affected by MS. Issues covered include diagnosis, relationships, employment, medication and thoughts about the future. View the contents of this DVD online at www.realtimehealth.com
"After almost a year of, if you l like, digesting that this had happened to me, it seemed to me that the best thing I could do was get on with the business of living my life."
